This is the email that I sent to Sallie Mae Customer support after my second horrible experience. 

You have the worst phone support. THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. Does anyone there speak clear and understandable english? I called last month to enlist for automatic payment. I was told then that my Interest rates would lower. They did not. INSTEAD my minimum payment was pushed up to $220 which I had requested to by my automatic withdrawal which by the way didn’t even get set up I STILL have to pay online. I called today to correct this and I was told that I was told that I had to sign up for Automatic Withdrawal and that they couldn’t do it. A fact that I wasn’t made aware of until today good thing its before my payment is due. I asked about the interest rate and I was hit with the response that my interest rates can’t be lowered at this time contradicting what was said the previous month. So I just wanted to have my payments back at what the minimum payment was previously. 183.65 so If I need the extra $35 for whatever reason I can just pay the minimum payment. I’m not asking to have my payment schedule extended or anything like that I want you to just add up my interest along with the amount I owe on my loan and divide it by the months I have left to pay it. I want this fixed by next month I want this fixed as soon as possible and if possible I would like a call apologizing for your horrible service and offering me something to make up for it because after the first month I left a survey leaving how displeased I was with my service requesting someone to contact me back which never happened and when I was randomly selected for a survey this time I waited for 4 minutes on the phone with the lady who helped me because she wouldn’t hang up to phone so I could transfer to take the survey to complain about my second horrible experience. So please PLEASE have someone contact me back. And please this time have someone call me that I can understand not someone who just got off the boat that has such a thick accent that you cant understand what there talking about.
